We are a Vanguard Saga of Heroes raiding guild based on the Telon server.

We currently raid on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with our raids starting at 8PM EST and running for two to three hours. Outside of the above raid times, we tend to focus on one or two group content and will typically have a guild member running a kite group in SoD. Our raid targets are driven by the gear requirements of our members and we have killed Shendu; with War Golem being the next target after that. With the exception of Sparkles and Karax, we farm the other names on a regular basis.

We expect members to be available on a regular basis for all of our main raid nights but understand that real life obligations come first.

We use Ventrilo, and as a minimum you must be able to hear any instructions given during raids.

Successful applicants are typically level 55, have a good understanding of their class and are actively focussed on how they can improve their character. Deficiencies in gear can be remedied fairly quickly and guild members will be supportive in helping you improve your character in any way that they can – but during a raid we will be relying on you to be playing the best that you possibly can.

Raids are run in a professional and calm manner. It is expected that new members may have never seen the encounter before and roles and strategy are discussed both prior to and during the fight. The best time to ask any questions is before the encounter starts.

Loot is awarded by “loot council” on the basis of what is best for the raid force as a whole. A significant proportion of the raid is very well geared and it does not take long for a particular piece of gear to come around again. The process for expressing interest in loot will be explained during raid and any decision made on who gets awarded the loot will be final.
